Shipping and delivery

At Hourshape we want your shopping experience to be safe, smooth and clear. Here you will find information about order processing and delivery.

Order processing

We start processing your order as soon as it has been placed. It normally takes 2–3 business days before the parcel is shipped, excluding weekends and public holidays. During periods of high demand, campaigns or sales, processing may take a little longer, but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery time

Once the parcel has been shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the carrier and delivery address. Factors outside our control, such as weather, transport delays or customs handling, may affect the delivery time.

Shipping options and costs

We offer free, tracked shipping on all orders. If you have special delivery requests, you can contact us to ask about express delivery at an extra cost.

Changing the delivery address

If you need to change the delivery address for an order that has already been placed, contact us as soon as possible. We do our best to help, but cannot guarantee changes if the order is already being processed or prepared for shipping.

Cancellation

You have 2–3 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. Contact customer service and give your order number. Once the order has moved on in processing, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
