Size & fit
Which size should I choose?
Sculpt Brief is shapewear and runs very small. Choose at least one size up from your usual. Measure your waist at the narrowest point and compare with the size guide. Between two sizes? Go for the larger one.

Snug and shaping – but it shouldn't dig in or hurt. The waistband should sit above your belly button. If it feels uncomfortable, the size is probably too small.
Can I exchange for another size?
Yes. Email hello@hourshape.com with your order number and the size you want. The exchange is free – we cover the shipping.
The product
Does it roll down when I sit?
No, the waistband has silicone on the inside that keeps it in place – even when you sit.
Does it show under clothes?
The edges are laser-cut and lie flat against your skin, so it doesn't show under jeans, silk or tight dresses.
How do I wash it?
30 degrees in a laundry bag and let it air dry. Skip the tumble dryer and it keeps its shape longer.
Which colours are available?
Beige, black, lilac and navy.
Packs & orders
How do the packs work?
Buy 2 get 1 free (3 pcs), buy 3 get 2 free (5 pcs) or buy 5 get 5 free (10 pcs). All briefs in a pack are the same size.
Can I mix colours and sizes?
In the 10-pack you can mix up to 3 colours. The other packs are one colour. Want different sizes? Add more than one pack to your cart.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 2–3 hours of your purchase and we'll help. If the parcel has already shipped, you can use your 30-day returns instead.
Shipping & delivery
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is always free and tracked.
How long does delivery take?
We normally pack and ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 5–10 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email once your parcel ships.
Payment
Which payment methods can I use?
Klarna, card (Visa and Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Is it safe to pay?
Yes. Payment happens in Shopify's encrypted checkout and we never see your card details.
Where do I enter a discount code?
Discount codes are entered at checkout.
Returns
How do 30-day returns work?
You have 30 days from receiving your parcel. If it doesn't feel right, email us and get your money back. The product shouldn't have been used more than needed to try it.
How do I return?
Email hello@hourshape.com with your order number. We'll reply with a return address and instructions.
When do I get my money back?
No later than 14 days after you told us you're cancelling the purchase. The money goes back to the payment method you used.
What if the item is wrong or faulty?
Email us with your order number and preferably a photo. We'll send a new or correct item at no cost to you.
