Should I be wearing my bra while I measure myself?
Yes. Wear your most supportive bra and it should be the bra you will wear under your Hour Shape shirt. Why? A supportive bra will lift your breasts to the proper place in the shirt--the shirts are designed with a curved shape. And keep in mind, bra styles add to or reduce your bust size. Example: a minimizer vs. molded bra could be a difference of 2 inches in your bust size--the difference between what shirt size to order.
How much "ease" room is in each shirt?
("Ease" is the measurement difference, or gap, between body and garment)
There is approximately 1.5 inches of ease room in the bust area and 2 inches of ease room in the waist area.
How should the shirt look when I wear it?
The fabric should skim your curves displaying your beautiful hourglass figure and concealing any harmless fluff here or there. The shirts shouldn’t fit tightly around your body—no gaping at the bust-line or pinched rolls around your back and waist.
Do the small, medium and large sizes correspond to a bra size?
Commonly, a woman who wears an 8-Small or even a 14-Small is a D-cup. A Medium size is usually a DD(E)-cup and the Large size is usually a DDD(F) or G cup. However, each women carries a different amount of fluff around her back area which could modify this assumption. Also, the majority of women don't wear the correct size bra. Most big boobed women think they are a D-cup but incorrectly wear their band size too large because retail stores do not carry DD-G-cup bras. It's best to measure yourself and refer to the size chart before ordering.
